This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid StatMD plans. StatMD is a digital service; no physical goods are shipped.
You can cancel a monthly or annual Pro subscription at any time. When you cancel, your Pro features remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused part of a current billing period.
The one-time event pass grants Pro access for a fixed period. Once it has been activated it is non-refundable, because access is delivered immediately.
If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge) or the Service materially failed to work and we could not resolve it, contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@pharmabymd.com. We will review your request and, where eligible, issue a refund to your original payment method.
Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it typically takes 5–7 business days for the amount to appear.
